The idea
‘Weaving Waste into Wonder’ will encourage members of the local community to breathe new life into unwanted textiles, items of fast fashion and unworn jewellery.
There will be opportunity to use sewing machines, exchange art supplies and engage in creative workshops that prevent waste materials from heading to landfill.
