The idea
We’re turning a dull, fly-tipping prone 12 space car park and an unloved grey space in Edgeley, Stockport into a vibrant, community-designed playful food park and green urban retreat.
An Actions Common CIC will support the community to design and build a joyful, open green and growing space with edible gardens, modular play, and places for radical rest, learning and sharing, resilient connection and collaboration in the car park of an old Victorian school and new social and climate resilience hub.
